Sep 18, 2013 · I had ATT 1.5MBps DSL, could only get @300kbps, changed to uverse 768kbps, now only getting 89kbps. ATT has no clue, even the Tech that came to my house and used his computer on my connection and got the same slow downloads, line can handle @14MBps, very low noise, close to central office. Could it be misconfigured equipment at ATT?

So basically take the router out of the equation. Then do a speed test and see how it comes out. 1.97 Mbps is abysmal by the way. It isn’t a surprise you can’t watch anything on Youtube.
