In reading other reviews, it seems to not work, no support, improper charges, and other difficulties. I received my antenna, hooked it up, ran a channel search, and immediately got 35 channels of very clear digital HD TV. I did a little antenna adjusting, and now get 50 channels. I live 25 miles south of Salt Lake City, and am probably very lucky. The Clear TV is very nice. Only thing I find is not enough channels. I only can get 4 channels which is 5, 2, Get tv, and Decades which is channel that shows old movies of which I love. I just wish I could get more channels with the clear tv. I am happy that I purchased it. My cable bill was $214 a month.
