If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services. Unforunately, the OpenDNS system is not a reliable way to check that you are actually using the correct resolvers. Quite a lot of open resolvers just forward their queries to Google, OpenDNS, Baidu, Quad9, etc. So you will see “yes! you’re using OpenDNS!” while you are absolutely not; there is an intermediary here. @nkartyshov now it works on the ru side and does not work on en side.. Also I guess in @Marko321 case it could work that way because of dns cache. To fix it you should use random subdomains instead.
